• We begin with a 30 minute In-Home complimentary consultation so I can see your space and better understand your needs

• Within 48 hours, you will receive an outline of a personal plan for your space

• Next, we will schedule a session(s) to bring your plan to life. From there, the fun begins!

• During this process, I’ll be sourcing any storage/organizational items needed

• We will finish with a walk through to ensure every detail feels right and you are completely satisfied

• The final bonus is a curated plan for maintenance to enable you in sustaining your new space!

No. However, I do evaluate & source solutions that will work best for the project, tailored to your specific needs & budget. I will then provide you with the information so that you can purchase them and have them ready to incorporate on your own or during our next session.

This really depends on your preference. I ask that you be present initially, as we sort through things and decide what can stay and what needs to go. But once we’ve gotten through that step, I’m happy to work alone and surprise you with the results or have you in on the action.

Discretion is an utmost important detail. I do not go into any rooms that we have not priorly discussed. I do not open any drawers or closets that don’t pertain to the work I’m doing. Any online work I do for you is done in my own home, I will never be on any of your computer systems. I am considerate of your privacy at al times.

I don’t do attics or extreme heavy lifting.

Obviously, the more notice you can give, the better, but things happen. Every client is given one “without notice” cancellation. After that, cancellations with less than 24 hours will be a $25 charge.
